What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations—leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards. You’ll collaborate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to bring ambitious visions to life.

Your mission includes:

• Leading the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects—from pre-bid to closeout.
• Driving project execution with precision, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.
• Building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Owning budgets, schedules, and change orders with confidence and clarity.
• Mentoring and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Visiting job sites regularly to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who’s ready to make an impact.

You’ll thrive if you have:

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts.
• Familiarity with fireproofing materials and techniques (a plus).
• OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
